Salad it is enough


It doesn't get much better than this!!!
Simple and effective!
Bikini diet? Not having that... It is just the pleasure of enjoying pure flavours . 
Ingredients:
Lettuce
A big red tomato 
A creamy green avocado 
Olives
Parmesan
Oregano leaves
Basil leaves

Wash all the vegetables and fruit and put them in a big bowl. Add all the fresh herbs and squeeze a lemon, drop in some pure olive oil and salt. Mix it up.
Just that and finish it all!!!! Enjoy!
